British Leyland was founded in 1968 and was partly nationalized in 1975. The name of their new daughter growing meant that officially changed their name to Rover Group in 1986. Originally, Land Rover began as a model of the car instead of a brand everything, but the name has become synonymous with society as a whole. It ’started as a selection of four wheel drive vehicles capable of operating on all fields. It ‘been a hit with farmers and people living in rural areas, where the giant wheels and resilient use meant that could make their way to ponds, even the deepest mud.
First designed in 1948, the car is inspired by military vehicles of World War II, particularly the U.S. military jeep, which behaves in areas of greatest in mud and snow.
